We want you to be stoked with your Purchase from Strapper Surf.
If you are not happy with your choice of “online purchase” from Strapper Surf and have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your purchase for an exchange or refund by following the below twostep process (A) and (B). *Please note this excludes sale items.
ALL returned & exchanged items will only be accepted with original online Strapper Surf/receipt, proof of purchase & MUST be in original condition, unused, unworn & have original swing tags and be returned shipped dated within 14 days of the day you purchased your item.
Excluded return items – Sale items, Swimwear, Underwear, Surfboards, Skateboards, & Eyewear except where required by Consumer Law.
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Follow the below Two Steps return process (A) and (B).
(A) Email Online returns; info@strapper.com.au
Please send us your original online Strapper Surf/receipt and let us know the reason for returning the goods/change of mind and what you would like the goods exchanged for.
We will advise a Return Authorisation Number (RA #)
(B) Please return your item with our original packing receipt, ensure it’s shipped no later than 14 days from your purchase date to:

For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back, tracked with insurance, for delivery confirmation as we are not liable, should Australia Post lose your item in the mail, please advise tracking number.
We do not refund return postage amounts simply due to change of mind.
Goods that are returned without RA #, in a condition other than their original and or used, or sent on a return shipping date after the 14-days period from purchase date or not purchased from the Strapper Surf online store, will not be accepted.
All online purchases made from December 1st to 24th will be treated as if purchased on December 25th.
Due to the logistics of online boards/hard goods purchases, we are unable to offer a return/exchange for boards/hard goods for change of mind, so it is important that you choose your purchase carefully.
In the rare case you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty and unused; please contact our customer service team info@strapper.com.au
Please include your original online Strapper Surf/receipt
If your item is faulty, please also include photos of the fault so it can be investigated quicker. We will communicate with you to rectify the problem to your satisfaction by way of refund, exchange or credit as efficiently as possible, subject to our confirmation of fault or incorrect shipping.
We will account for reasonable return shipping costs, subject to our confirmation of fault or incorrect shipping.
You can return your non-sale Strapper Surf online purchase items as outlined in 1. Apparel/soft goods at any Strapper Surf shop for a store credit or exchange only. Please note that our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases and they will need to be returned back to the “Online Returns” address above for refunds.
ALL In- store exchanged or credited items will only be accepted with original Strapper Surf Online proof of purchase & MUST be in original condition, unused, unworn & have original swing tags and be returned within 14 days of the day you purchased your item.
In the rare event that your purchase arrived freight damaged, we share your disappointment and will endeavour to resolve it as efficiently as possible.

We will communicate with you to rectify the problem to your satisfaction as efficiently as possible, subject to our confirmation of freight damage.
