SHIPPING INFORMATION

All apparel/soft goods will be shipped via Australia post Express post satchels with tracking and signature required.

FREE POST applies to ALL apparel/ soft goods purchases over $75 shipped Australia wide.

All purchases up to $75 will have a flat $8 shipping charge applied, Australia wide.

All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, if no one is there to sign, a card will be left notifying where the parcel can be collected. (Normally your local post office or depo) It is the purchaser’s responsibility to collect goods if carded. If parcels are not collected, the return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.

Tracking Your Post parcel

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number from Australia Post.

We aim to have your parcel posted on the day of order or first working day after you have ordered. It will always be shipped no later than the next working day.

Australia post Express post is 1-6 days Australia wide depending on your location with most major urban areas taking 1-2 days to arrive from posting date.

 

FREE POST applies to all sticker and gift voucher purchases Australia wide and will be sent via Australia Post.
Stickers will be sent via regular Australia post, 3-7 business days.

Gift vouchers will be sent via Express post, No signature required.

All Boards/hard goods will be shipped via Toll freight with tracking and signature required.

FREE FREIGHT applies to all purchases delivered in Victoria

ALL other Australian states are FREE FREIGHT up to $70 freight costs. Freight costs above $70 will be added to the purchase invoice. Most capitals and major urban areas will attract a small or no extra shipping cost. Regional and out of way locations will attract extra freight costs.

All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival. If no one is there to sign a card will be left notifying where the parcel can be collected or how to arrange drop off. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to collect goods if carded. If parcels are not collected and returned it is at the purchaser’s expense.

Tracking Your Toll Freight

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number from TOLL.

We do our best to have your Freight sent one working day after you have purchased. Always within 48hrs if ordered on a working day. Please appreciate it is important with boards that they are packaged correctly and we need time to ensure this. Boards are always bubble wrapped, nose and tails packed and boxed.

TOLL Freight is 2-8 days Australia wide depending on your location with most urban areas 2-4 days from shipping date.

All International purchasers need to email our customer service team at [email protected] with intended purchases and delivery address and we will respond with shipping costs.

It’s a rare event that an Australia Post parcel or Toll shipment goes missing. When this does happen it can often take some time with our shippers to investigate, which is out of our control. Public holidays, weekends, weather, strikes, accidents and all sorts of things can impact deliveries and delivery times which are all out of our control.  On the rare occasion that we have a problem please be patient, we share your disappointment and we will do our best to get it resolved as efficiently as possible.

Once your order/purchase has been made no changes are able to be made to the order.

Please check your shipping address and details are correct. Incorrect delivery addresses and return to sender due to wrong or insufficient shipping information, postage and freight costs, cannot be refunded.

If you discover that you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

If you choose the click and collect option you can pick up your purchase from your nominated strapper store location. Be prepared to show proof of purchase and photo ID when collecting your order in store.
We aim to have all click and collect orders ready for you to collect within 48 hours (excluding custom surfboard orders). We will notify you by email or text as soon as your order is ready to collect.
